"A Rustic Retreat for Adventurous Women"

Dozens of women 18 years and older will bunk up in rustic cabins for the weekend with clean, hot showers and good food. Then during the day, enjoy a smorgasbord of outdoor recreation education and hands-on workshops. Doe Campers will find themselves literally surrounded by Lake Champlain with breathtaking views of the Green Mountains and Adirondacks. The format hasn't changed from the regular Doe Camp in June. The atmosphere is friendly, non competitive, and welcome to all women regardless of your physical condition or level of experience. Doe Camp Abnaki offers courses in Firearms safety, Fly Fishing, Archery, Kayaking, Canoeing, Bass Fishing and Survival, ATV Rider Course and Tree I.D.  You are urged to bring a craving for the outdoors, a willingness to learn and a sense of humor.  Expect to meet new friends, learn new skills and grow self confidence in a stress free atmosphere.  Over 20 partial scholarships are available!

Cost without a scholarship is $245, food, lodging & instruction are  included. There is an extra fee for some programs and additional discounts for students, tenting, or drive-in. To find out more about Doe Camp Abnaki, how to apply for a scholarship, review class descriptions, instructor biographies, or to download the registration form, visit: Abnaki Registration Form ,  email us: vow@voga.org , or call: 800-425-8747 local: 802-425-6211. "Just want to thank you for a great weekend. My daughters and I had a fantastic time. Everything was great... the courses, food, venue, campfires, weather and the friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. I'd like to thank you especially for all your hard work. I can only imagine how much time went into making the weekend come together so smoothly. It's absolutely true "One weekend lasts a lifetime." It will for us.
Best of luck in your future camps.
Sincerely,"
Joyce
