expansive views of the northern Green Mountains as you explore our scenic
meadows and undisturbed woodlands. Eden Mountain's unique microclimate provides
some of the highest snowfall amounts in the state allowing quality snowmobiling
conditions from December through April. Whether you drive yourself or ride as a
passenger with one of our highly trained guides, we provide comfortable,
powerful and safe snowmobiles with heated hand grips and helmets at no
additional charge. We also offer a special free snowmobile tour for those
booking two or more dogsledding tours midweek.

Our customized 1 and 2 hour day tours leave Sterling Ridge and travel
through wooded trails and across open fields with mountain views. Our nighttime
snowmobile tours depart on the hour, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Starting at the base
of Morse Mountain, you will travel by way of Madonna Lodge over snow-covered Rt.
108, through the Notch, over to Stowe, and back. The tour takes about 1 hour and
is $75.00 per snowmobile. Must be
18 years of age to operate a snowmobile.

Spikehorn Ridge is a
paradise for the winter enthusiast. Central Vermont in particular has an
extensive network of trails offering premium opportunities for all sorts of
winter sports. Snow mobiling, backcountry skiing, and snow shoeing are three
exciting ways to visit Vermont’s landscape during the snow season. The Vermont
Association of Snow mobile Trails (V.A.S.T.) has a statewide trail network that
we can easily access, as it runs through the Spikehorn Ridge property. Our
property also has several miles of snowmobile free trails, put aside exclusively
for skiers, snow shoeing, and animal tracking hikes.
